Andrew Loomis

Co-Founder and President

Andy has over 30 years of residential and commercial experience in the construction industry throughout the State of Florida; beginning as a laborer to finishing concrete, foreman and project manager. 

Managing the development of large subdivisions, supervising the construction of retail stores, banks, warehouse complexes, multi-story commercial buildings and custom residential homes in excess of 23,000 square feet are some examples of the wide range of projects that Andy has successfully completed.

After having worked with several of Florida’s premier builders early in his career, Andy formed his business model with a focus on personal service, genuine fairness, integrity and reliability. 

With a lifelong passion for all phases of design and construction, Andy is dedicated to delivering the highest quality work with an attention to detail and honesty which has earned him the trust and respect of former clients, engineers, sub-contractors and local industry professionals. 

Thomas Scrase

Office Manager

Born and raised in Warren, MI Scrase is an all around accomplished carpenter and active CEO of ACS. Only 2 months after graduation Thomas flew south, moving to the Sunshine State in which he worked as an underground contractor. With a passion for construction, Thomas quickly made foreman and was given a 6 man crew down in South Florida. He learned all aspects of the industry including forming slabs, laying out block for masons, forming tie beams, framing desks, ceiling stripping, etc. More knowledgeable than ever he started a shell contracting company, Thomas Carpentry out of Coral Springs in ‘86 and joined ACS in ‘18. When not working you can find Thomas scuba diving and deep sea fishing.
